Seared scallops served on a bed of linguine tossed in a fresh, Home-Made tomato basil sauce, finished with fresh asparagus.

Orange Teriyaki Chicken                   $17

1/2 boneless organic slow roasted chicken with a sweet orange teriyaki glaze and cranberry wild rice.

Pan Roasted Salmon                             $18

Salmon filet seared and roasted in a cast iron skillet and served over manchego cheese, mashed potatoes with a roasted tomato and corn butter.

Jerk spiced grouper, roasted red peppers and avocado served in mini tortillas with cilantro pesto and a side of Spanish rice. 

Chicken Flatbread                                   $12

Grilled organic chicken breast atop a crisp flatbread with smoked cheddar, bacon, tomatoes and mixed greens and finished with avocado aioli.

Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese              $11

Pulled pork, Havarti, and smoked cheddar, bacon and chipotle peach BBQ on Texas Toast.

Caribbean Skirt Steak                         $ 19

Japanese Wagyu Beef skirt steak marinated with jerk seasoning, dark rum, and brown sugar served over black beans and rice with a corn and chipotle salsa finished with cilantro pesto and mango.

Barbecue Brisket Sammich       $10

Home-Made smoked beef brisket layered on a toasted hoagie roll with smoked cheddar, bacon, and sriracha bourbon barbecue sauce.
